Review Process (External Evaluation)
Once the Managing Editor and the Organizer(s) of a proceedings issue or a special publication have agreed on the editors (serving as Guest-Editors of the journal with respect to that particular issue), these editors will act as "Editor and Editorial Office" themselves. Thereby, these editors should:
- Use the Check-List for Reviewers
to collect the opinion of the referees and the Editor's Report Form to summarize the result of the reviewing process for each manuscript separately. - Inform each author about the outcome of the review of his/her manuscript and to invite him/her to submit the final version of his/her manuscript directly to the Publication Production Office in accordance to the Manuscript Preparation.
